Unknown Mazovia: Villa in Miączynek

Miączynek is located in Płońsk County on the Vistula River northwest of Warsaw. The representative building on a large plot shows characteristics of the Polish manor house style (Styl dworkowy) and was probably built in the interwar period. In socialist times, various facilities were located there, including a children's holiday camp. Numerous outbuildings and barracks still bear witness to this era.

In 2020, the future of this historic property is still uncertain. After the death of the private investor, descendants of the former owners laid claim to the property. It is currently in municipal administration.
