Polish country manor with heat pump

A manor house built in 1765, single-storey with an unfinished attic, measuring 9 metres by 37 metres. It is listed as a protected historic building. The property was completely renovated in 2022 and 2023, featuring a newly installed heat pump and a 10 kW photovoltaic system. The grounds are well maintained and planted with fruit trees and shrubs. 

The manor is divided into two separate flats, each with its own entrance. The main flat, measuring 167 m², comprises a hallway with access to the attic, a utility room, a guest WC, a 52 m² living room, a large kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a utility room. From the living room, there is access to a 45 m² terrace overlooking the garden on the east side, with no neighbouring properties in sight. 

The guest flat, covering 86 m², includes a hallway, kitchen with dining area, and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 

A newly built outbuilding of 30 m² houses a toilet with shower, a workshop, and the technical centre for the heat pump.

All renovation work was carried out in accordance with the requirements of the regional heritage conservation authority, preserving the manor’s historic rural character. Original wooden beams have been exposed, the floors in the kitchens and bathrooms are made of brick, and the rooms feature larch floorboards.

The property is located in a quiet, elongated village, featuring an old lime tree avenue that is also listed as a historic site. The village includes a small church with an old parsonage and an old castle.
