For sale: various buildings on the site of the former castle and park complex in Dobrojewo, Ostroróg municipality, Wielkopolska voivodeship.

The castle and park complex was built for Count Adam Kwilecki. The actual castle - a neoclassical palace from 1784 - was set on fire during the German occupation in World War II and later demolished.

Contemporary condition: Two outbuildings of the palace complex remain today. They are plastered brick buildings with classicist features. The southern (small) outbuilding is a rectangular building with a basement, one story and a hipped roof.

On the side there are annexes with external entrances to the cellars. The usable area is 200 m². Inside there are 8 utility rooms and other smaller rooms.

The northern (large) outbuilding has a rectangular ground plan, has a basement and one floor. It has a porch supported by two Ionic columns, a hipped roof with a dormer on each of the north and south sides. Side extensions with external entrances to the cellars.
The usable floor area is 360 m².

The interior has 7 utility rooms, 2 other rooms and 2 cellar rooms.

The outbuildings were brought into a safe, closed condition around the year 2000 under the supervision of the conservator.
On the site of the former palace there is a one-story building from the post-war period, which originally served as an office building of the State Agricultural Enterprise (PGR) and is now used as a residential building. The building is in good condition.

Behind the former chateau is a park with several rows of linden and hornbeam trees in wild, neglected condition, as well as a partially overgrown and neglected former park pond.
