This former manor estate combines historic architecture with extensive grounds and great potential for a range of uses. Located near Rawicz in western Poland, the property consists of a stately main house, several outbuildings and a landscaped park with ponds. 

The main house is a solidly built manor on a high basement, featuring a hipped brick roof and an impressive front facade: a central projecting risalit with stairs, a portico and a two-story bay with balcony. 

Much of the renovation work has already been completed on the main house and adjoining buildings. This includes a newly tiled roof, interior and exterior plasterwork, timber roof structures, and custom-made wooden windows in accordance with preservation guidelines. The bathrooms in the main house have been fully updated with new ceramic tiling and modern glass shower cabins.

Stucco elements, historic doors and parquet floors have been carefully restored. All technical installations (electrical, plumbing, sewage and heating systems) have been replaced.

Additional structures on the grounds include a grandly designed outbuilding (Oficyna), a smithy, a cattle barn and a stable – all in need of further renovation.

The total built area amounts to approximately 2,500 m², with the manor itself covering about 600 m² and the large outbuilding approximately 450 m².

The estate is set on a well-maintained park of 2.8 hectares, with two cleaned ponds. The grounds are mostly fenced and accessed through a stately historic gate.

Rural location near Rawicz – about 75 km from Wrocław and 30 km from Leszno, with excellent access via the S5 expressway.
