Manor house with modern bungalow between Lodz and Warsaw on beautiful and well-kept property.

The statue of the painter Józef Chełmoński of the Prawdzic coat of arms is connected with Boczki Chełmońskie. The artist's father, Józef Adam Chełmoński, leased the Boczki estate, where Józef Chełmoński was born on November 7, 1849 and lived until he left for Warsaw. After the Chełmońskis, the manor house belonged to Wilhelm Kessler and after 1923 to the Chrzanowski family, who in 1930 built a brick manor house in place of the larch house, which has been preserved to this day.

The present manor house in Boczki Chełmońskie was built in 1930 in classicist style. The object is located within the park. It was built on a rectangular ground plan with a wing on the northern side. The building is made of brick, plastered, two-storey and the wing of the northern facade is one-storey. At the main entrance there is a glazed porch supported on two rusticated columns. Balcony and balustrade. Above the balcony - a triangular tympanum. The roof is hipped and triple pitched on the attached wing.

The main house with a total area of 650 m² consists of 2 floors in the main part and a one-story side wing. It is located on a well-kept park plot with an area of 1 HA.

The building is secured, closed, dry and with original floor, a historical staircase and a tight roof.
On the first floor there are 6 rooms: 3 large rooms and 3 smaller rooms, which were used as kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
The centrally located original staircase leads to the second floor with 6 rooms and a bathroom. Original wooden floors.

There was a separate apartment in the side wing. The conservator approved the conversion of the attic and the creation of rooms with skylights.

The new building was constructed in 2011 with aesthetic and high quality materials. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with kitchenette, bathroom with sauna, garage for 2 cars and boiler room. On the second floor there are 3 rooms, a bathroom and a dressing room (sloping). Heating of the house - oil stove, fireplace and solar panels. Utilities: Electricity, water, house sewage treatment plant.

The well-kept park with old trees has an automatic irrigation system and paths. The whole park is illuminated with stylish lanterns and the paths are paved.

The whole property is fenced and has 2 electric entrance gates.

The house from 2011 is directly habitable, this gives the opportunity to renovate the mansion "without stress".
