Baroque Manor House - Rococo Ballroom, Park, Outbuildings, Chapel

The Baroque palace in Popowo Stare is a late-Baroque manor house dating back to 1775, located in Wolsztyn County, 60 km south of Poznań, with good access to the German border. 

The building is partially basemented, with an expanded attic and approximately 1,200 m² of usable space. The ground floor features a representative entrance hall as well as several salons and rooms with original decor. The centerpiece of the house is the Rococo ballroom on the upper floor, which has been preserved almost entirely in its original condition. The same floor also includes several hotel or guest rooms and apartments. 

The property is in good condition, with the most recent renovation work carried out carefully and professionally, preserving all original details. 

As a boutique hotel, the manor has earned an excellent reputation with international guests in recent years. Guests particularly praise the cuisine, the friendly atmosphere, and the authentic ambiance in a private setting.

In total, there are 20 beds in single rooms and apartments, plus 12 additional sleeping spaces in the former stables. All rooms and apartments have private bathrooms. The basement houses a bar, a billiard room, common areas, a sauna, and additional bathrooms.

The hotel operation can be continued and other private or commercial uses are also possible. Horse or animal keeping is permitted.

The English-style park, complete with a pond and chapel, features numerous registered natural monuments.

The Przemęcki Landscape Park, south of Popowo Stare, is a popular recreational area with a summer program that includes, among other activities, kayaking, which is very popular in Poland.
