The former ballroom with open fireplace and balcony is located on the upper floor. The outdoor area is complemented by relaxation and quiet zones, spacious and well-tended lawns, a large marquee with catering facilities and toilets, which is often booked for larger events and weddings.

A LITTLE HISTORY

Dawidy Manor near Pasłęk is a true Baroque jewel of former East Prussia. In 1730-1731, Alexander Emilius Dohna commissioned a manor house to be built on the grounds of the estate according to plans by the family architect Johann Caspar Hindersin. The manor house was built on a hill surrounded by a landscaped park. The last owner of the estate before 1945 was Alexander Dohna (Alexander Fürst zu Dohna-Schlobitten; 1899-1997). At that time it was used as a hunting lodge - there is still a kitchen and a smokehouse on the first floor of the manor house for processing the hunted game. In the 19th century, Kaiser Wilhelm II and his family were guests at the manor house.

The two-storey building with a high mansard roof and fully developed attic has characteristics of the Dutch Baroque style. The 4-hectare park merges gently into the "Lenki" nature reserve.

Extensive renovation work was carried out in 1975/78 and 2010/2015: Renewal of the entire roof truss and the wooden structure of the ceilings on the 1st and 2nd floors, new roofing, new windows, flooring, water, heating and electrical installations and completion of the exterior façade. During the restoration, particular emphasis was placed on a careful approach in order to preserve or restore all historical details.
