Additional information:

In accordance with Article 68(3) of the Real Estate Management Act, the Municipality of Tychowo will grant the purchaser a 50% discount after winning the tender and submitting an application.

The property is free from any third-party rights in rem.

The building is under the supervision of the conservator of monuments. Post-inspection recommendations have been issued, including the obligation to include in the notarial deed provisions concerning construction and conservation works as well as measures to protect the monument from degradation, to be completed by the end of September 2025.

The previous sale procedure ended without result.

Participation in the negotiations requires payment of the deposit and submission of the participation application by 1 September 2025.

The negotiations will take place on 4 September 2025 at the Tychowo Town Hall, ul. Bobolicka 17, 78-220 Tychowo.

Proof of payment of the deposit is required for admission to the negotiations and must be attached to the participation application.

Both natural and legal persons are eligible to participate.

The negotiations will be conducted regardless of the number of participants and may proceed even if only one application is received. In the event of a refusal to conclude the contract, the deposit will not be refunded.

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the procedure without giving reasons.

The sale will be conducted in accordance with the legal status disclosed in the land register. The reinstatement or delineation of the property boundaries is the responsibility of the purchaser and will be at their expense.

All costs and fees related to the purchase of the property will be borne by the purchaser.

This notice is published on the website www.bip.tychowo.pl, on the notice boards of the Tychowo Town Hall, and an extract from the notice will be placed in a newspaper with at least county-wide circulation.
