A listed manor estate with historic residence, parkland and former farm buildings is for sale in Starków, a village in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, municipality of Kłodzko, Poland. The property spans a total of 2.99 hectares (parcels 316/1, 316/2, 316/3 AM-2) and is registered as a protected heritage site. 

The ensemble comprises a two-storey manor house from the early 19th century and remnants of the original agricultural outbuildings, including a barn and stables. Originally, the estate was built as a closed four-wing courtyard. The main entrance gate dates back to the Renaissance. Foundations and parts of the ground floor remain from the former side buildings. The manor itself has a footprint of approx. 250 m², is partially cellared and includes an unused attic. The total volume is estimated at approx. 1,850 m³. 

The southwestern section of the plot (parcel 316/3) is designated as parkland, while the remaining parts of parcels 316/2 and 316/3 are classified as unused land. The surroundings consist of farmland, meadows and residential-farm buildings of the nearby village. 

The estate has access to mains electricity and water.

The historic manor of Altbatzdorf (today: Starków) lies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in southwest Poland. It belongs to the municipality of Kłodzko and is located near the Czech border.
