It is adjacent to a large utility building that could be converted into, for instance, a guesthouse. Heating and hot water are supplied by a wood stove. The building is connected to the sewage treatment plant.
  • A rustic banquet hall (currently under construction) covering about 500 m². The facade and interior walls are made of half-timbering and red bricks. The floor is paved with 7 cm thick oak pavers. Heating is provided by a fireplace and air conditioning. The roof is covered with ceramic tiles and titanium-zinc sheeting. The building expansion plan will be provided to the buyer. The hall is approximately 20 m from the lakeshore.
  • Covered pavilions with reed roofing, situated on a peninsula and equipped with a kitchen, a large rotating table, chairs, and loungers. A wide wooden path leads to the pavilions along the lake. Nearby, there is a fireplace. From the peninsula, a wooden bridge leads to the island and then to a park area.
  • An agricultural building (adjoining the office building) with a constructed area of about 700 m², previously used as a dairy cow barn but no longer in agricultural use today. Its structure comprises two fairly high floors. The building can be converted for various purposes.
  • A warehouse building with a constructed area of about 1,500 m², divided into several sections. Approximately 200 m² serves as a stable for 10 boxes. The remaining parts serve as warehouses for agricultural production, and the last part of the warehouse (about 300 m²) is equipped with 7 silos (each around 30 tons) and an organized seed cleaning line suitable for seed production. The entire building has a new trapezoidal sheet metal roof.
  • An agricultural building (built around 1970) with a constructed area of about 400 m².
