Located at ul. Sienkiewicza 4 in Dzierżoniów, Lower Silesia, this former Hotel Kaiserhof (later Hotel Polonia) is a listed heritage property (Registry No. A/4121/1312/WŁ). 

The five-storey building offers approximately 2,400 m² of usable space, plus an annex (garage and service building of 153 m²) on a 1,809 m² plot. Constructed in 1908 by Robert Klatt and expanded in the 1920s, it is built of solid brick, plastered, fully cellarled, and features a multi-pitched roof. 

The ornate façade, featuring garlands, vases, sculptural details, risalites and bay windows, makes the building a distinctive urban landmark. 

Its riverfront position provides opportunities for outdoor terraces or leisure areas. After refurbishment, the property could serve as a boutique hotel with restaurant, a mixed-use residential and commercial building, or be converted into up to 23 individual apartments.

In 2021, the roof underwent a full restoration in line with heritage requirements, including new beaver-tail tiles, chimneys, gutters, and lightning protection. Utilities are fully connected (electricity, water, gas, sewerage).
