17th Century Manor House with Park and Outbuildings in Radochów (Kłodzko County)

Manor house from the 17th century with outbuildings and a small park on a total plot of 1.77 hectares. The property consists of three parcels:

Manor House: 
At the center of the property stands a two-story manor house from the early 17th century in late Renaissance style, with 477.58 m² of usable space and a pitched roof. A bay tower on the west side once served defensive purposes.

Building Materials:

In 1964/65, ceilings, roof truss, and tower roof were renovated. Recently, the roof and gutters were renewed and lightning protection upgraded. The building is a listed historic monument.

Outbuildings:
A two-story building connected to the manor, originally used as farm and staff quarters, covering 275.10 m². It requires full renovation and currently lacks windows, doors, electricity, and water. It is listed on the municipal heritage register.

Farm Building:
Single-story building from the 17th century with 395.81 m² of usable space made of brick and stone, partially roofed, also in need of renovation and heritage-listed.

Land:
The plot is irregularly shaped and flat. To the north, it borders the Biała Lądecka stream. There is a park with mainly beech trees, arborvitae, and ash trees, protected as a historic ensemble and listed on the municipal heritage register. The buildings are centrally located with access to a public gravel road.
