Auction Opportunity: 19th-century manor with parkland in Southwestern Poland

For those drawn to the rich architectural tapestry of Central Europe, this is a rare opportunity to acquire a historic manor estate with parkland in the Lower Silesian countryside of Poland. 

• Set for auction on 26 May 2025 at 12:00 PM, the property will be offered through the regional office of the National Agricultural Support Agency (KOWR) in Wrocław (ul. Mińska 60). 
• The guide price is 785,500 PLN (approx. £160,000), of which around 24% relates to protected heritage buildings. 

The centrepiece of the estate is a late 19th-century L-shaped manor house replacing an earlier residence. Highlights include a mansard roof, ornate gable, dormers and a hexagonal clock tower – details typical of the manor revival style popular in this region during the 1880s. Pilasters topped with vases, decorative cornices and “ear-framed” windows lend the façade a distinctly romantic air. 

The manor is officially listed and recognised for its architectural integrity. Additional listed buildings on the grounds include a residence, barn, stables, piggery, granary, courtyard wall and landscaped park. 

The unbuilt portion of the estate (Plot 102/1) comprises approx. 0.06 hectares of parkland with a pond, as well as overgrown land awaiting restoration.

Utilities (water, electricity and sewage) are already connected.
The entire plot covers 3.869 hectares in the village of Tyńczyk Legnicki (municipality of Krotoszyce, Legnica County).
