Zakrzów Manor was constructed between 1898 and 1902 for Count Larisch, whose family managed the estate from the early 19th century.
The property comprises the main building set within over 9 hectares of parkland boasting mature trees, protected natural monuments, and meticulously maintained gardens. The entire complex is registered as a historic monument within the Opole Voivodeship.
The castle is a rendered brick structure with a rectangular footprint, featuring side projections, a mansard roof, and restrained façade decoration. The total usable floor area amounts to approximately 1,565 m² distributed over a high basement, ground floor, first floor, and converted attic. The ceilings are constructed with wooden beams. The building benefits from four separate entrances.
Over time, the original interior layout has been modified, although the original staircase in the entrance hall remains intact. Currently, the ground floor is primarily utilised for functional and communal spaces, while the upper floors and attic serve residential purposes.
Technical installations include electricity, water and sewage connections, a central heating system powered by a solid fuel boiler, telephone line, and lightning protection.
The building’s condition is generally satisfactory but requires renovation and offers scope for individual modernisation to suit the new owner’s needs.
According to the current local development plan, the site is designated as a historic castle and park area, with primary use as a landscaped park with the castle functioning for residential and service purposes, particularly suited for gastronomy, culture, education, administration or communal living.
The property's unspoiled and tranquil setting makes it an excellent candidate for uses such as a retirement residence, hotel, cultural centre, or venue with catering and guest accommodation.
