This former country estate in Greater Poland region comprises a heritage-listed manor house and approximately 5 hectares (12.2 acres) of landscaped park with mature trees. The house was built in the mid-19th century for landowner Rudolf von Gersdorff in the style of a Berlin villa, combining elements of Historicism with influences of Neo-Renaissance and Late Classicism.

The two-story, basement-level building features a rectangular floor plan and a hipped roof, crowned by a roof pavilion with wraparound windows designed as a small belvedere. The main entrance is framed by a tall arcade with a loggia and ornamental balcony above. At the rear, French doors lead from the salon directly into the park.

Inside, the rooms are arranged around a central, open staircase hall. Parts of the original interior have been preserved, including historic floor tiles, simple stucco work, double-leaf doors, and other period details.

The park is home to trees over 100 years old – oaks, lindens, maples, chestnuts, poplars, plane trees, and ashes – some of which are of monumental size. A well-preserved ornamental stone feature with garland reliefs and jester heads adds character to the grounds.

  • Living space: approx. 800 m² (8,600 ft²)
  • Land area: 4.95 ha (12.2 acres)
  • Utilities: Electricity, water, septic tank

Initial renovation work was started but not completed, so a full restoration is now required. Public funding may be available for the renovation. Depending on the intended future use, the property may also be exempted from property tax. There are no restrictions regarding its future development – in addition to private use, it would also be suitable for public functions or as the seat of a foundation.

Parsko is a small former manor village about 68 km (42 miles) south of Poznań, the regional capital. Set in peaceful countryside, the village has approximately 70 residents and is surrounded by fields, forests, and lakes. The nearby Wonieskie Lake offers a beach and sailing club, providing opportunities for both active and relaxed outdoor recreation.
