Designed in 1886 by architect Pio Soli (notably responsible for Villa Nobel), the property was built for the noble Marsaglia family on the occasion of Stefania Marsaglia’s marriage to Count Lamberto Bevilacqua Ariosti. The original decorative and structural elements remain largely intact - an exceptional find among Italian Riviera properties.
