In a medieval hilltop village in the Marche region, not far from the Adriatic coast and the city of Ancona, stands this historically significant noble palazzo, renowned for its richly decorated interiors. It is a listed heritage building under the protection of Italy’s national monument authority.

Dating from the 18th century, the palazzo has a square layout and spans three floors, with an interior surface of approximately 450 sqm. A walled courtyard garden of around 500 sqm completes the property.

The ground floor includes the main entrance, three vaulted rooms, bathroom facilities and a storage room. The main staircase is adorned with a coffered ceiling and hand-painted ceramic details.

On the first floor – which also benefits from its own independent entrance – lies the grand salon, richly decorated with frescoes, alongside a fireplace lounge, two spacious bedrooms, a study, bathroom facilities and a storage area.

The frescoes in the main salon were painted by Melchior Jeli, a well-known 18th-century artist famed for his decorative work in private residences and churches. The walls also feature oriental motifs and a set of rare, well-preserved 19th-century French maps. Additional period features include painted doors and original terracotta floors. The hall is frequently cited in reference works on Italy’s historic residences.

The property also includes vaulted cellars, an open hearth and underground grottos. The cellar leads directly out into the garden, which features a well and a large historic gate.
