Historic properties for sale: Prague

Commissioned in 1903 and designed by architect Alois Korda, Vila Helenka remains a definitive masterpiece of Prague’s Secessionist movement. The facade serves as a significant art-historical landmark: under the direction of academic painter František Kobliha, an ensemble of floral sgraffito, frescoes, a prominent angelic figure, and an astronomical sundial was created.

Partly refurbished chateau some 60 kilometers to the north of Prague. The front of the property is facing the public park. The 2.4 hectars of land (i.e. 6 acres) are situated behind the chateau and are built on by buildings of technical and farming character. The chateau itself has a total floor area of 3000 sq. meters.
