The manor house in Trzcinno was originally built for the Pomeranian noble family von Massow and was known as "Gut Rohr" (Rummelsburg district, Pomerania) until 1945. Following a fire, it was rebuilt in the Neo-baroque style in 1911. The two-storey building stands on an elevation and is accessed via an impressive, stately driveway. The courtyard facade is characterized by a central avant-corps featuring an oval gable and portico. Terrace extensions are located on the southern and western sides, with the covered southern terrace supported by decorative columns.

The total floor area is approximately 1,700 m². The grounds encompass around 12.4 acres of parkland that slopes down towards the lake, featuring a small pond and rare woody plant species. The property is fully enclosed by a metal fence and stone wall, with access provided through a wrought-iron gate.

The property is connected to the mains water and electricity supply. Part of the attic has been converted and is habitable, comprising a completed living area with several rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The building requires a complete renovation.

The palace and park are listed as historical monuments of the Pomeranian Voivodeship under registration number A-270.
