Fairy Tale Villa in South Poland

For sale is a small fairy-tale castle-like villa  in Lower Silesia in the spa town of Kudowa-Zdrój (formerly Bad Kudowa, county of Glatz) and in the immediate border location with the Czech Republic (5 km). Kudowa is a well-known spa town with several healing springs, numerous sanatoriums, villas and spa houses built around the turn of the century. Among the most prominent guests in Kudowa was the German poet Johann Wolfgang Goethe.

The representative, architecturally richly decorated villa, which was built in 1894 as a noble guest house "Villa Glückauf", is overall in a decent condition, but inside - depending on the intended use - in need of complete modernization. The initials of the builder Carl Sachs can be seen above the main entrance. At that time, the guesthouse was open only in the summer season and was considered one of the most exclusive establishments in Kudowa and in the entire Glatzer Land.

The future use of this beautiful old mansion here is up to the new owner. Even today, recreational tourism is the most important branch of the town's economy, which makes a tourist or gastronomic facility certainly one of the first possibilities.

The property is located on the main road in Kudowa, which leads to Table Mountain National Park.
