This 19th-century villa stands on a solid granite foundation and partly features a vaulted cellar structure. The house remains in an unrenovated yet well-preserved condition, retaining many original details.
The ground floor is accessed via a staircase and a small entrance hall. It comprises a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two additional rooms. The upper floor includes three rooms, a small bathroom, and a storage room that could also serve as a small bedroom. The rooms are characterised by straight walls and typical cross-gables. Due to a previous separation of the floors, there is a second kitchen in the attic. Heating is provided by traditional tiled stoves. From the balcony, there are views over the Elbe Valley.
The building is listed as a cultural monument by the city of Radebeul and remains in its original state. Its peaceful mid-slope location is surrounded by other villas, detached houses, vineyards, and woodland.
Nearby amenities include a bus stop and local shops. The motorway, airport, and further infrastructure can be reached by car within approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Kindergartens and schools are also a short drive away. The nearby woodland is easily accessible on foot.
