Ganzkow befindet sich südlich von Altentreptow im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. Das einstöckige Gutshaus aus dem frühen 18. Jahrhundert verfügt über zwei symmetrische Seitenflügel und zeigt Merkmale des Barock und Klassizismus. Es ist bis heute (2021) renovierungsbedürftig und unbewohnt.
