An early modernist mansion dating from the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918–1938), located in the prestigious diplomatic district of Bubeneč, Prague. The property provides a total usable floor area of approximately 726 m² on a 0.23-acre plot (945 m²). The primary living floors have undergone a high-end renovation, strictly preserving the original architectural features and period details.

Commissioned in 1903 and designed by architect Alois Korda, Vila Helenka remains a definitive masterpiece of Prague’s Secessionist movement. The facade serves as a significant art-historical landmark: under the direction of academic painter František Kobliha, an ensemble of floral sgraffito, frescoes, a prominent angelic figure, and an astronomical sundial was created.

Partly refurbished chateau some 60 kilometers to the north of Prague. The front of the property is facing the public park.
