Among its last private owners were Barbara von Heyden-Cadow (1869–1946) and Adolf von Seidlitz-Sandreczki (1863–1930). The manor in Sędzisławie is a late Baroque building listed under number A/1476/1317/J in the Monument Registry of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It was constructed on a rectangular plan with seven axes and a hipped roof in 1785, later renovated in 1824. In the post-war period, it served as an elementary school.
