The estate is set within parkland on the banks of a river in one of southwest Poland’s oldest spa towns. A remarkable feature is the covered bridge spanning the river, an integral part of the property and unique in Poland.

Osetno Castle, formerly known as "Schloss Osten", is a historic castle and former manor complex situated in Lower Silesia, within the triangle formed by Legnica, Wrocław, and Leszno. The present three-winged structure with a clock tower stands on a small elevation and traces its origins back to the Renaissance period, likely incorporating elements of an earlier fortress.

Located at ul. Sienkiewicza 4 in Dzierżoniów, Lower Silesia, this former Hotel Kaiserhof (later Hotel Polonia) is a listed heritage property (Registry No. A/4121/1312/WŁ). The five-storey building offers approximately 2,400 m² of usable space, plus an annex (garage and service building of 153 m²) on a 1,809 m² plot.

The palace in Roztocznik (Pałac w Roztoczniku, formerly Schloss Olbersdorf) is a neo-Baroque manor house that once belonged to the Silesian noble family Seherr-Thoß. Among its last private owners were Barbara von Heyden-Cadow (1869–1946) and Adolf von Seidlitz-Sandreczki (1863–1930). Their coat of arms, placed in the gable and flanked by two soldier figures, remains well preserved to this day.

The moated castle in Witostowice is situated on an 11.62-hectare plot of land enclosed by outer defensive walls. It is surrounded by an inner moat, followed by an earthen defensive wall with five bastions and casemates. A second outer moat is crossed by a stone bridge, connecting the castle to the adjacent manor buildings.

The manor in Sędzisławie is a late Baroque building listed under number A/1476/1317/J in the Monument Registry of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It was constructed on a rectangular plan with seven axes and a hipped roof in 1785, later renovated in 1824. In the post-war period, it served as an elementary school.

The Palace in Bożków: The palace in Bożków, once known as Schloss Eckersdorf, was regarded as one of the most beautiful palace complexes in the former County of Glatz in Silesia. Originally built in the Renaissance style in the 16th century as the residence of the Counts of Magnis, it underwent numerous extensions and renovations over the centuries.
