The manor house is situated near a national park with forests and lakes, on an elevated site away from the village. It is surrounded by a 7.61-hectare historic park featuring mature trees and two ponds, one large and one small. The manor was built for Bronisław Kretkowski, Dołęga coat of arms, designed by Jan Heurich and later remodelled by Czesław Przybylski. It is a rendered brick building in an eclectic style, comprising two floors and vaulted cellars.

At the front is a triangular gable bearing the Dołęga coat of arms. The roof is covered with zinc sheet and the property is currently occupied. Renovations have included installation of new ceilings, roof renewal, updated water and electrical systems, new radiators, and new doors. The exterior plaster has been given an initial layer of cement-lime render.

Buildings

  • Manor house of 741 m², built between 1880 and 1890, remodelled in 1910
  • Storehouse from 1850, 453 m², brick construction, three floors with wooden ceilings, roof covered with tar paper
  • Simple garages from the socialist era, approx. 250 m² in total, consisting of 7 sections

All buildings have electrical supply. The manor has water and sewage systems and an on-site treatment plant. Heating is via a ground-source heat pump with seven boreholes approximately 100 metres deep. There is also the option to heat with oil or coal.

The entire estate is fenced and equipped with video surveillance. Access is via two entrances on an asphalt road.

The property is well maintained and offers various possibilities for commercial use or private residence. A separate section of the house has been prepared for guest accommodation, although the apartments and bathrooms still require finishing. Additional space could be gained by converting the high attic. The remainder of the renovated and occupied manor includes:

  • Ground floor with kitchen, six rooms, and two toilets
  • Upper floor with four rooms and two bathrooms, plus a separate area of five rooms intended for commercial use—currently in need of modernisation

Furniture and fittings shown in the photographs are not included in the offer.
