We are looking for a long-term investor for the utilization of a manor in the village of Zákányfalu, in the Southern Danube region of Hungary.

The floor area of the ground floor and first floor adds up to 1,020 m². The property is fully owned by the municipality, and it is built on a park-like, partially fenced plot of near 4 hectares (on four parcel numbers). The building was built by the Zichy family in 1835, then turned into a manor in 1914. It later operated as a primary school for a long time. On the plot, in a separate building, a kindergarten and a kitchen operate. The property is located in the central part of the village, yet it remains secluded. The building, which is currently vacant and in need of extensive renovation, has 17 larger rooms, which can be divided into at least 8 more units (in addition to this, more rooms can be created in the attic and basement). The owner prefers a partner who, keeping the long-term interests of the settlement in mind: - works together with the municipality, - creates jobs, - pays taxes in the settlement, - increases and preserves the value of the building and the park for posterity.

Rental or sale price is according to agreement.
