The castle shapes the townscape of Nicotera and occupies a prominent vantage point within the medieval centre. Situated between the Tyrrhenian coast and the Calabrian hills, the building originally served as a fortified noble seat and has been used continuously over time as a residential and representative property.
The entire complex provides approximately 0.54 acres of floor space across three levels. Massive internal staircases provide access to the floors, which are characterised by generous ceiling heights and spacious layouts. The panoramic balcony on the first floor and large window fronts offer unobstructed views of the sea, the gulf, and the old town. While the roof was completely renovated a few years ago, the top floor offers potential for individual development.
