This historic residence is located approximately six kilometres from the centre of Verona in a quiet setting. It is regarded as one of the most important Renaissance villas in the Veneto region and was designed in the 16th century by architect Michele Sanmicheli for the Giusti counts.

The villa covers around 2,700 m² on a square plan and comprises three levels connected by two lifts. The surrounding buildings, covering approximately 1,300 m², complement the villa and include an entrance pavilion with an upper storey, two lodge houses, an older tower at the side of the courtyard, and a farmhouse currently in use, previously also operated as a Bed & Breakfast.

On the ground floor of the main villa is an atmospheric indoor swimming pool with a brick vaulted ceiling. The entrance hall is reached via a double staircase and a columned portico and features an original terracotta floor. Adjacent to the main hall are further rooms with decorative finishes; the upper floor contains accommodation and conference rooms. Parts of the flooring have been restored by Master Nuschi from Impruneta in hand-rolled terracotta, while two rooms in the western wing are laid with Venetian mosaic, reflecting the existing historical remnants.

The villa is set within a parkland area with mature trees. A 330-metre-long entrance avenue is lined with cypress trees. The grounds also feature statues, fountains, and a colonnaded nymphaeum with a chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas of Tolentino, predating the villa itself. The roof was comprehensively renovated in 1995–96, with the original timber structure preserved.
