The castle and park complex at Gorzanów ranks among the most significant historic seats in Lower Silesia. The four-wing building arranged around a central courtyard, together with its parkland and several ancillary structures, is listed as a protected monument (Ref. A/5216/209). The estate is in active use, with regular concerts, cultural events and antiques fairs open to the public. Sale Notice

The property is being offered by way of compulsory auction. The auction will be held on 10 April 2026 at 11:30 at the District Court in Kłodzko.
