Briesnitz Manor (Pałac w Brzeźnicy) is an eclectic country house located in the border region between Poland and Germany. Situated in the Lubusz Voivodeship, approximately 25 km from Guben, Germany, the property is set within a 250-year-old park featuring two ponds along the Bóbr River.
Outbuildings
The estate includes several outbuildings: two barns, a stable, a coach house, and a former servants’ residence. A number of these structures were renovated in 2021, receiving new roofs and façades. Currently, two of the buildings are configured to provide guest accommodation and a kitchen.

The site has been used for hospitality for nine years and includes:
- Two apartments with kitchenettes (housed in the former granary)
- Catering facilities and a dining hall for up to 25 guests
- A three-bedroom apartment and an office
- Seven guest rooms located in the steward's house
The existing business can be transferred in its entirety, or the site could be adapted for tourism or rehabilitation projects.
Interior features
The palace retains several original architectural elements, including:
- A grand staircase hall
- Stucco and coffered ceilings
- A library and a large central hall
- A café lounge
The property is suitable for use as a private residence, a hotel, or a cultural venue.
