On plot 310/66, covering 1,259 m², there is an additional outbuilding registered as a cultural heritage site in the Silesian Voivodeship under number A/744/2021.
Due to the property’s heritage protection status, buyers may apply for a purchase price reduction of up to 50% in accordance with Article 68, paragraph 3 of the Polish Real Estate Act dated August 21, 1997 (consolidated text 2024, item 1145 with amendments). The palace, its extensive landscaped park from the 1840s (plots 309/66 and 310/66), and the outbuilding on plot 310/66 are all heritage-listed in the Silesian Voivodeship register. The park is designed in the style of an English landscape garden. The palace was remodeled in the early 20th century. It features an L-shaped floor plan, a basement, and a converted attic.
The mansard roof is crowned with a centrally positioned cylindrical belvedere (observation tower). The south-facing main facade is marked by a four-columned portico topped with a triangular pediment, displaying the Baildon family crest. A round tower with a funnel-shaped roof sits at the northwest corner. A balcony is located on the first floor above the portico. The east facade has eight bays, the west main facade three bays, the wings each have four bays, and the north facade again has eight bays.
The foundations are built from natural stone; basement walls are constructed of stone and solid brick with lime mortar; above-ground walls are made of brick with lime mortar. Exterior stairs are stone. The plastered facade is uninsulated but retains many original architectural details. Window frames are wooden with casement windows and wooden sills. Both exterior and interior doors are custom-crafted from wood.
The building has undergone multiple conversions, renovations, and recent modernizations. It is in a sound technical condition and equipped with connections for water, sewage, and electricity, as well as central heating with an oil boiler, hot water supply, gravity ventilation, smoke extraction, and lightning protection systems.
