Manor House with park in Eastern Slovakia - Restoration project

We offer a late Renaissance château/manor house dating back to 1648, located near the eastern Slovakian city of Košice. 

At the beginning of the 19th century, it was remodelled in the Classical style and between 1880 and 1890, Romantic Neo-Gothic elements were added. The Szirmay family occupied the manor house until 1918. They then emigrated to Hungary, managing the estate through legal representatives. During the Second World War, the German army stationed a garrison in the house. After 1948, the property housed a pottery cooperative. 

The manor house is a listed historic building and remains privately owned, making it inaccessible to the public. It also includes a small adjoining park, enclosed by a stone wall. 

The estate offers various development opportunities, including use as a hotel, restaurant, private residence, or corporate headquarters. Its convenient location makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.
