Four restored stone houses form a small hamlet on a hillside at elevations of 959 to 1,000 metres, near San Agustín in the province of Teruel. The property lies between the Sierra de Gúdar and Sierra de Javalambre, surrounded by pine and holm oak woodland. The River Mijares is nearby, and the area is designated a Starlight destination in recognition of its dark night skies. The entire estate is offered for sale as a single lot; the houses are not available individually.
The four houses have a combined built area of 486 m² according to the cadastral records. Features include natural stone walls, exposed timber beams, pinewood windows and floors of wood, clay and ceramic tiles. There are 10 bedrooms, six bathrooms and a total of 14 to 15 rooms. Each house has its own kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine, hob and oven. According to the vendor, the estate can accommodate 20 to 22 people.
Three houses have private gardens. There is also a covered communal area with a barbecue, a large dining table, a wood-fired oven and a paella grill. A small stone ruin is used for storage, while a second ruin offers potential for reconstruction.
Energy and utilities
The estate is not connected to the public electricity grid. Power is supplied by a photovoltaic system rated at 2.5 kWp, with a 45 kWh battery storage system. The stated rated power available for consumption is 9 kW. A backup generator is also provided. Water comes from the mains supply, while domestic hot water is produced using a fuel-oil tank.
Heating is provided by wood-burning stoves. Two of the larger houses each have a wood-burning stove connected to a central heating system with radiators. Another house distributes heat from its stove through a warm-air system, while the fourth has a conventional wood-burning stove.
Winters can be cold at this altitude, with occasional snowfall. There is no air conditioning.

The A-23 motorway is four to five kilometres away. According to the vendor, Valencia can be reached by car in approximately 75 minutes. Teruel, Sarrión and Olba are also within driving distance, while the Javalambre and Valdelinares ski resorts are each less than an hour away.

Possible uses include multi-generational living, a private country retreat, holiday accommodation, group stays, retreats, an artists' residency or a venue for seminars and workshops.
