A historic borgo in Umbria, whose oldest part is a watchtower dating back to 1100. Roofs and ceilings have been completely restored, and all necessary consolidation work has been completed. The property is offered as a shell, allowing for customized finishing and adaptation for a variety of uses.
The ground floor covers over 480 m², including a 95 m² internal courtyard (Piazza). The first floor provides 260 m², and the second floor an additional 44 m², totaling 785 m². The borgo is currently planned for division into nine residential units ranging from 35 to 83 m².
Notable are the flexible usage options: the property can be developed for residential purposes, either as a single-family or multi-family home, or for commercial uses such as restaurants, offices, healthcare and social services, or cultural facilities.
The tower is considered one of the oldest in Umbria, as documented by multiple official studies and scholarly works. Due to its original function as a watchtower, the borgo occupies a commanding location with good accessibility. Over the centuries, additional buildings were added incrementally, resulting in the current quadrangular complex with an internal courtyard.
