The moated castle in Witostowice is situated on an 11.62-hectare plot of land enclosed by outer defensive walls. It is surrounded by an inner moat, followed by an earthen defensive wall with five bastions and casemates. A second outer moat is crossed by a stone bridge, connecting the castle to the adjacent manor buildings.

Gothic Castle: This Gothic castle was built in a bend of the Stobrawa River in the mid-14th century. It underwent multiple renovations and expansions in the 18th and 20th centuries. The castle is primarily made of brick and has a trapezoidal shape with an inner courtyard. Only the tower remains unplastered.
