Willa czeskiego przedsiębiorcy tekstylnego Józefa Richtera to neorenesansowy budynek zaprojektowany przez Karla Seidla około 1888 roku z bogato zdobioną architektonicznie stroną ogrodową. Obecnie służy jako budynek administracyjny Rektoratu Politechniki Łódzkiej.
