European landmark estates. New custodians.
The small town of Milanówek is located about 30 km west of Warsaw and is known for its historic villa architecture. At the beginning of the 20th century, the affluent bourgeoisie of Warsaw built numerous summer residences here. Characteristic of the townscape are detached villas with generous garden plots as well as the interwar-period Styl dworkowy, which adapted the architectural language of noble country estates. Milanówek includes more than 400 listed buildings and is considered a highly desirable residential location in the metropolitan area of the capital, particularly for investors and residents seeking a combination of historic fabric and a natural living environment.
