Baroque castle in Southern Bohemia

Baroque Chateau in South Bohemia – Two-Wing Complex with Tower and Park 
 

This chateau stands on the site of a medieval castle dating back to the 13th century, with the Gothic tower from that era still preserved. In the 17th century, the castle was transformed into a Renaissance chateau, and in 1735, it was further remodelled into a Baroque chateau.
 

The beautiful park, bordered by a river on one side, spans an area of 27,000 square metres.
 

The chateau underwent a comprehensive renovation 20 years ago and remains in excellent condition. Apart from routine maintenance, no further restoration or modernisation is currently required.

• 20 rooms, some of which are currently used as exhibition spaces

• The attic is prepared for development, with plans for eight additional guest rooms
