The following information provides an overview and may vary.
This protected heritage property was constructed in 1873 and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017. The three-storey brick structure features a gable roof, arched openings and central risalits on both the western and eastern elevations. The building is fully tanked with a basement level, and the facade is detailed with decorative cornices.
The interior retains visible timber-framed walls in certain areas alongside sections of exposed masonry. High ceilings and large windows define the internal spatial structure. The property is currently partitioned into seven independent commercial units, each equipped with its own separate electricity and gas meters.
The site is located directly on a railway line within the ICE corridor serving Hamburg, Bremen and the Ruhr region. Diepholz is integrated into the long-distance rail network, providing direct links towards Bremen and Osnabrück. Current features include seven commercial tenancies, separate utility connections for each unit and a primary structure of brick and timber-frame construction under a recent roof refurbishment.
