Located in the Lower Silesian municipality of Ciepłowody, this estate dating from 1696 comprises a Baroque castle, a historic farmstead, and a listed landscape park with mature timber. The property is suited as a private country seat, hotel, clinic, or training centre.
Constructed in brick on an L-shaped plan, the two-storey building combines Baroque and late-Baroque features. A three-storey circular tower on the north-east corner serves as a lookout point, while a stone columned portico with two heraldic cartouches forms the main entrance. Inside, high-ceilinged rooms, a groin vault in the former chapel, and original fireplaces define the space.
Approximately 80 per cent of the castle interior has been restored. Structural works, the roof, windows, doors, and building services—including central heating powered by heat pumps and a hot-air furnace, electrical installations, water and drainage systems, and an alarm system—have been largely renewed. The external facade of the castle and the surrounding outbuildings remain ready for completion.
The grounds cover nearly 7 hectares and feature over 800 trees and shrubs, including 200-year-old plane trees and an avenue of giant arborvitae.
The historic farm buildings, which include a 17th-century granary and a vaulted barn, offer over 2,500 m² of usable space for conversion into guest accommodation, catering facilities, or event halls. Planning permission and heritage conservation consents for the further development of the castle and granary are in place.
