Old Grange: Impressive Stable

Pałac w Budziwojowie (formerly "Schloss Baudmannsdorf, approx. 78 km from Görlitz in Germany) is an essentially fully preserved historical countryestate consisting of a manor house, park, granary, residential and farm buildings and two impressive stables.

The building was erected at the end of the 18th century in neo-renaissance style for the Teichmann family and was later extended by a tower with a wooden spiral staircase.
The whole complex is in considerable need of renovation and can be purchased for PLN 2 500 000 (~EUR 552.328 ) including more than 17.5 Ha of land. The buyer undertakes to carry out restoration measures in accordance with the preservation order.

Due to its proximity to the A4 highway which runs from Görlitz in Germany via Legnica, Wrocław, Kraków to the Ukraine border, the historicproperty could fit for a gastronomic use in future. Such a proposal has already been drawn up.
