Die Eingangshalle im Ivenacker Schloss

In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern im Landkreis Mecklenburgische Seenplatte gibt es zwei Gutshäuser, die ein sehr ähnliches Herzstück zeigen: Barock opulent mit fast sakralartigem Charakter zeigen sich die fast baugleichen Hallen in den beiden Schlössern Ivenack und Kummerow.

Schloss Ivenack wird seit einiger Zeit saniert, Schloss Kummerow ist heute ein öffentlicher Ort mit fotografischen Privatsammlungen und wechselnden Ausstellungen.
