The National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) is a government agency operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Poland.
Our primary mission is to promote an active agricultural policy and the sustainable development of rural areas – in the interest of Polish farmers and all stakeholders in the agri-food sector. In doing so, we place particular emphasis on professional and reliable service.
Another key focus of our work is the structural reorganisation and privatisation of former state-owned agricultural assets, particularly those originating from the former State Agricultural Farms and the State Land Fund.
