Neoclassical manor house in Bolkowice, built around the turn of the century as a brick structure on a fieldstone plinth. The single-storey building with a pitched roof features a projecting risalit with ornamental portico on the front façade, as well as a spacious columned terrace with external staircase on the park side. The usable floor area is spread over three levels: basement 422 m², ground floor 463 m², upper floor 455 m² – totalling approx. 1,340 m². Listed monument since 1994 (No. A-1270).
The house is currently uninhabitable and in need of renovation. Nevertheless, the structural condition is fundamentally sound: the basement is dry and the fabric preserved. Preliminary planning documents, including inventory list and project plans, are available.
The fenced plot extends to approximately 5 hectares (500 ares) and includes a manor park dating from the first half of the 19th century, mature trees, two ponds and a small stream. An ancestral cemetery is located within the park.
