The villa of textile manufacturer Hermann Schneider was built in 1905 in the Neo-Renaissance style. It is located in the centre of Bielsko-Biała (Bielitz-Biala) in Silesia and is considered an important architectural witness to industrialisation in Upper Silesia.
A comprehensive renovation was carried out in 2014. The facade, roof, windows, doors, fencing, and outdoor areas were renewed. The garden is equipped with an irrigation system and lighting. Driveways and parking areas are paved with granite.
The building has a total area of 1,770 m², with approximately 1,300 m² of usable space. The 4,430 m² plot is fenced and offers parking for up to 36 vehicles.
The four floors are functionally arranged and allow for various uses, such as offices, medical practices, hotels, restaurants, or educational facilities.
There is also a renovated annex (former coach house) on the property, with approximately 50 m².
The property is situated in a mixed-use urban area with good access to public infrastructure.
