Set in the rolling hills of the Matildic Lands, between San Polo d'Enza and Quattro Castella, this stone farmhouse estate comprises several buildings surrounded by private grounds.
The 150 m² main house has been restored while retaining its original character. The interiors feature exposed timber beams, restored antique terracotta floors and a fireplace in the sitting room. Arranged over several levels, the house includes a fitted kitchen with pantry, a study, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered portico.
A further 100 m² adjoins the main house and is currently at an advanced shell stage, with services already prepared for completion. The property also includes a former stable with hayloft of 125 m², a detached stone-built annexe with its own private courtyard and a further service building with a traditional wood-fired oven.
The buildings are surrounded by a private park with a well. The property also includes approximately 0.49 acres of agricultural and woodland.
