Italian country house near Parma

Villa Micheli-Mariotti is a historic property dating back to the late 18th century. The complex was originally part of an agricultural estate, where harvests were stored in large cellars beneath the villa and garden.

The property includes two main outdoor areas: a paved courtyard with lawn sections at the entrance, and a fully landscaped garden on the opposite side of the building.

The interior spaces are arranged over three levels, connected by a central staircase. The layout allows for residential use as well as potential use for events.

Location
Set in the green surroundings of Montechiarugolo, close to Parma. Parma can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, and Parma Airport in around 25 minutes. The area offers good road connections to the city and surrounding hubs, as well as local infrastructure including schools and essential services. The surroundings feature walking and cycling routes along the Enza and Taro river areas, and an agricultural landscape with local restaurants and wineries.
