Location in the old town
The typical Salento house is located in the center of the historic old town of Gallipoli, a few steps from the Gallipoli Cathedral, one of the landmarks of the port city. From the various terraces and some rooms there is a wonderful view of the crystal blue sea.

Room layout
The house is distributed on three levels and shines with large, open spaces and winding corners. A beautiful open staircase leads to the entrance and from there to the second floor, where there is a large living area with living room, fireplace and dining area. Both rooms have access to the large balcony on the main street that runs through the old town. On the same level there is also a high quality kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the entrance of the historic city library and a bathroom with shower.

Here you can access a walk-out covered terrace, also overlooking the historic center and the city library. On the level there is a second bedroom with private bathroom.

On the last floor are a third bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a large walk-out terrace with great sea views. Here we go up a few more steps to another room with walk-in and covered terrace, currently used as a summer kitchen.

Outdoor areas
Despite its densely populated location in the historic center, the house has many outdoor areas. An outdoor staircase leads to the panoramic roof terrace with sea views, which is equipped with an additional outdoor kitchen and furniture.

Condition of the house
The house is in good condition and has the typical star vaulted ceilings.
