German Name: "Schloss Gross Dammer", built according to plans of german architect Friedrich August Stüler during the middle of the 19th century for Baron von Schwarzenau.

Representative exterior view largely preserved, castle character lost due to modernization works before the second world war: The palace became seat of a youth hostel and then housed a German school.

Currently owned by the local community (2018).
