This manor house is located on the edge of the Dolinka Nature Reserve, surrounded by lakes and woodland, offering excellent opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The village of Goniembice lies between Leszno and Poznań, just a few kilometres north of Leszno, with quick access to the S5 motorway.
Dating from the mid-19th century, the manor house is listed as a historic monument in Poland. It was built for the Cioromski family, the estate’s former owners. The rectangular building comprises two floors, a high basement, and a three-storey tower. A terrace sits between the tower and the risalit, originally accessed via an external staircase.
The building and roof are in generally good condition, providing a solid foundation for modernisation work. The dry basement offers additional possibilities for adaptation, such as a recreational space or wine cellar.
